Steel Melting Shop
The steel melting shop at Shri Ram Castech produces a liquid metal of 5mt/ ht. giving us an ability to produce 4,000 kgs single piece casting.
No Bake Moulding
Shri Ram Castech produces moulds out of no bake sand, from its patterns. We have special expertise to produce quality patterns in wood and aluminum.
Heat Treatment
Heat treatment is a critical process in manufacturing of manganese steel casting. The entire heat treatment process is recorded on a real time graph.
